Short Term Lease (Minimum 1 month to maximum 6 months):
$3200/month, plus security deposit dependent on number of months rented.
We will collect a refundable security deposit $2000 at the time of signing the contract.
Rent for entire term of rental is to be paid up front before occupying property.

Portola HOA charges a rental fee per lease, which will be taken out of the security deposit.
The renter/s must register upon arrival with the HOA office. Renters are expected to follow the HOA Park rules. A copy of the rules will be given to the renter/s at the time of registration.

The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, all appliances, washer and dryer, AC, and is approximately 1900 SF. House is completely furnished, including all dishes, linens, pool towels, cable television, vacuum, and cleaning supplies. The third bedroom is an office, containing a desk, as well as use of a computer and a printer. There is a roll-away bed in the closet if needed. The home sits on the golf course at the practice green which runs along Angels Camp near Sutters Mill. It has a beautiful view of the green from the large living room windows, as well as from the patio. The patio is level with the golf course and is directly in front of the practice green. This home has a detached garage, which is available for the renter to park their vehicle. The home comes with a golf cart, which is also parked in the garage. The renter is responsible for battery charging and maintenance of the golf cart. Patio furniture is included, as well as a barbeque. A gardener comes once a month to take care of the vegetation and clean up the area. Pest control will also come once a month to treat the outside.

Golf fees are not included in the rent. If the renters wish to play golf they must pay at the HOA office. There is availability to purchase per single game, or a multi-game package.
